Vectorex Engineering was established in 1995 and for a number of years has provided engineering consulting services to the West Australian mining, minerals processing, and manufacturing sectors. 

We are a small yet flexible and efficient company, that prides itself on utilising latest methods of collaboration and work sharing to achieve very low overheads.

We pride ourselves on retaining a number of Subject Matter Experts who use Vectorex as an avenue to share their valuable knowledge and experience in the latter stages of their careers. The founder and engineering manager, Vlodek Bilski, has over 30 years experience in engineering.

Engineering Manager | Principal Mechanical Engineer | SME for Conveyor Systems

Vlodek has over 40 years experience in mechanical and piping engineering for the heavy industry, mining, materials handling and processing, and manufacturing sectors.  With field engineering background, Vlodek is 'client focused' and engineers efficient and practical solutions.  His career spanned a number of technical engineering roles, including Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager on large scale EPCM projects.  Vlodek is passionate about engineering, and is a technical expert in materials handling.

Project Engineer | Piping Engineer

Pawel has successfully delivered a variety of multi-disciplinary brownfield projects in the oil & gas and mineral processing sectors. His  experience covers all project phases, from initiation through to commissioning and handover - within the EPCM as well as Owner/Operator organisations. His project management experience is complemented by a strong technical mechanical/piping engineering experience in pressure equipment and pumping systems.

Principal Structural Engineer | SME for Steel Structures

Waclaw has over 30 years experience in structural engineering and more than 20 in steel structures for the mining industry. He worked as a Senior Structural Engineer for the biggest Engineering Consulting houses in Australia on a variety of projects. He is an expert in complex structural calculations and proficient in FEA. Waclaw is also highly competent in concrete structures.
